Zoe’s Place, Inc. received a grant from Women United in Philanthropy (www.wuip.org), to begin a unique, innovative social enterprise where business and mission overlap.  With generous funding from WUiP, Zoe’s Cupcake Cafe will generate revenue to provide sustainable funding for Zoe’s Place, while simultaneously providing training and employment opportunities for the teen moms we serve.

In April, held at Zoe’s Cupcake Cafe, WUIP presented a glorious Shower for the cafe.  Cupcakes were served by our pastry chef, while Zoe’s Place board members and staff joined in the festive occasion.  WUiP members provided invaluable gifts, helping to equip the kitchen with professional tools. 

Zoe’s Cupcake Cafe opened their doors in June at 740 Chestnut Avenue, Teaneck, New Jersey!
